Q: May I order less than the minimum quantity?
A: No. The minimum quantity for screen print and transfer print is 72 units and for dye sublimation 36 units.

Q: May I order quantities other than those shown?
A: Yes. As long as the quantity is above the minimum.

Q: What methods are used to print mugs?
A: Three main methods are used dependent upon the number of colours and the complexity of your design:
- Screen printing
- Dye sublimation
- Transfer print

Q: How do you accept artwork.
A: The normal way to send artwork is by email. If the artwork file is too big you may upload to our ftp area (call us for access) or you may copy to a CD and mail it to us.

Q: In which format do you accept artwork?
A: The ideal format is a Vector .eps file. However, we also accept files in the following formats: PDF, Jpeg, .psd, .tif.  If not available in these formats, just send what you have and we will advise suitability for print.

Q: How do you accept payment?
A: We prefer credit card payments (2.5% fee) but also accept BACs and cheque payments.

Q: How long will my order take to be delivered?
A: Normally between 10 and 15 working days from artwork approval although, if you have a very tight deadline, we offer Fast Track (5 – 7 working days) at no extra charge or Express Production (3 – 5 working days) at extra cost.

Q: What happens if some mugs are broken on delivery?
A:  In the unlikely event that this occurs we ask that you inform us within 48 hours, providing photographic proof where possible. We will replace or credit broken items at our discretion.
